I love this mashup of Van Gogh’s Cafe Terrace at Night painting and Lucasart’s Monkey Island game. I remember wanting to live on Melee Island when I was a kid. I’d get a place there now but the real estate prices are like fucking unreal and I’m not paying $800K for a two bedroom house with mold problems and a kitchen straight out of the 1950’s (and not in the retro cool way… the how the fuck did the previous owners stand living in this filthy shit hole kind of way).

When I was little, I used to like imagining the places on Melee that we never got to see in the game. Something as wacky as this makes me happy. Maybe this could be what lies through the stump after you insert disk# 22 ;)
